Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into clear operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios. You will monitor operational performance, plan resources effectively, and lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensuring processes align with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is crucial. You will also manage controls, compliance, and risk, identify potential risks, and promote a strong controls culture.

Furthermore, you will drive transformation and operational excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes. Utilizing data and process insights to improve customer experience and partnering with technology teams on system implementations are key. Effective stakeholder and change management are essential, involving building trusted relationships with various business units and acting as a change leader. People leadership involves coaching, developing, and creating an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment for your team.

We are seeking individuals with a Graduation or Post Graduation in Finance or a related domain, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
