You will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring clear service objectives and team goals. This includes owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, monitoring performance through KPIs, and leading various finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, or FP&A.

Key responsibilities involve ensuring compliance with policies and standards, managing financial and operational risks, and driving process simplification and automation. You will also play a crucial role in stakeholder management, building strong relationships with internal and external parties, and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations. People leadership, including coaching and developing high-performing teams, is also a vital aspect of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
