This role as a Project Consultant is within our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Business Consulting PI - CNS - BC - FINANCE division in New Delhi. As an Analyst in Procure to Pay (PTP), you will manage daily PTP activities including accurate invoice and payment processing, resolving vendor queries, and performing AP account reconciliations. You will also process travel and expense claims, support discrepancy resolution, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and internal controls. Key responsibilities include processing PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes, performing two-way and three-way matching, and investigating rejected invoices.

You will also process vendor payment runs according to schedules and controls, investigate and resolve supplier queries, and monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times. This role involves generating end-of-day reports, assisting with month-end closing, and preparing AP trial balance reconciliations. Vendor statement reconciliations, investigating variances, and sharing remittance advice are also integral parts of this position. Maintaining and archiving documents according to retention policies is crucial.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and 1-2 years of direct experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management.

Essential attributes include strong problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible attitude geared towards achieving results. Outstanding interpersonal skills are also highly valued. Proficiency in ERP platforms, coupled with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities, is required for this role. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) and experience in Financial Analysis (3+ years) are also considered beneficial.
