This Project Consultant role within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector focuses on Business Consulting and Finance. The TMT industry is rapidly evolving, presenting both opportunities for transformation and challenges in agile strategy. Within Business Consulting, we specialize in Business Transformation, Finance Consulting, and Supply Chain & Operations. Finance Consulting enhances client finance functions, implementing service and cost improvements and embedding performance management. Business Transformation addresses large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs through architecture, design, and execution. Supply Chain and Operations provides strategic and operational insights to improve performance, reduce risk, and ensure resilience.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for finance processes. You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Effective resource planning across business cycles, including peak periods and transformation initiatives, is crucial.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. This involves overseeing relevant processes like close, reconciliations, invoice processing, billing, cash application, liquidity management, planning, and forecasting. Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks is essential, alongside maintaining robust process documentation and identifying financial risks.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements across your portfolio. Partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs is key. Building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology, and auditors, is vital. You will act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
