As a Project Consultant, you will be involved in critical financial processes, including end-to-end Procure to Pay (PTP) activities. This encompasses accurate invoice and payment processing, resolving vendor queries, and performing crucial reconciliations for supplier statements and AP accounts.

You will also be responsible for processing travel and expense claims, managing discrepancy resolution, and contributing to month-end activities. Adherence to timelines, policies, and internal controls is paramount to ensure efficient and accurate PTP operations. This includes performing vendor statement reconciliations, investigating variances, and generating remittance advice for vendors.

We are seeking a B.Com or BBA graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Procure to Pay processes. A strong understanding of the end-to-end PTP lifecycle, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is essential.

Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting skills are required. A flexible attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are key attributes for this role.
