Our EY Consulting teams are transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on delivering long-term value by solving our clients' most strategic problems. We are seeking a Project Consultant to contribute to our Business Consulting service line, which encompasses Performance Improvement, Risk Consulting, Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes against agreed service levels. You will monitor operational performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

This role involves leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. You will oversee daily operations, implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management culture. Additionally, you will ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation and identifying risks early.

You will also drive simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio, partnering with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with various stakeholders, acting as a change leader, and leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team are crucial aspects of this position.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field.

We are looking for individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful solutions, and demonstrating agility, curiosity, mindfulness, sustained positive energy, adaptability, and creativity are highly valued.
