Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensure processes adhere to policies, standards, and regulations, maintaining robust documentation and managing financial and operational risks.

Spearhead transformation initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, and automation. Leverage data insights to remove non-value-added activities and enhance customer experience. Collaborate with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, and external partners. Act as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations.

Possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field.
