EY is seeking a Project Consultant to join their Business Consulting team in New Delhi, focusing on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This role is part of the CNS - BC - FINANCE service line, dedicated to transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. Key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans from business priorities, owning end-to-end delivery of finance processes to meet service levels, and monitoring performance through KPIs with transparent stakeholder updates. The role involves leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulations. You will maintain process documentation, identify and mitigate risks, and drive simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios.

This position also requires partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with various internal and external stakeholders is crucial. You will act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and learning-oriented environment.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
