This role is part of Business Consulting, which addresses client needs in areas like performance improvement, finance transformation, business transformation, and supply chain optimization.

Execute daily Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing within established timelines. Resolve vendor queries, perform supplier statement and AP account reconciliations, and process travel and expense claims.

Support discrepancy resolution, month-end activities, and maintain accurate records, ensuring adherence to policies and internal controls for timely and efficient PTP operations. This includes processing PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes, and other transactions, ensuring correct GL account and cost-centre assignment.

Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, validate transaction details, and complete necessary reconciliations. Work on rejected invoices and process vendor payment runs according to schedules and internal controls. Investigate supplier queries and provide effective solutions.

Monitor aging documents to meet Turnaround Time (TAT) targets. Prepare daily closing reports on recording and invoice completion and assist in month-end closing activities. Achieve daily and monthly targets through diligent work. Perform vendor statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and identify root causes of variances.

Generate and share remittance advice to vendors, and maintain and archive invoices and supporting documents per retention policies. Assist in generating AP Trial Balance and investigating variances to ensure financial accuracy.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and 1-2 years of dedicated experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) is also a relevant qualification.

Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, encompassing invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. You should be an adept problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A flexible attitude is essential for achieving results, complemented by strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting capabilities, are crucial for this role.
