As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into clear operating plans and defining service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for finance processes or portfolios, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness are met. Monitoring operational performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates to leadership are key. You will also lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, ensuring robust process documentation and adherence to controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio will be crucial. You will partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across business finance, operations, technology, and external partners is essential. As a change leader, you will guide organizational, process, and technology transformations. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related domain. We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
