Your core responsibilities will encompass driving technical excellence and ensuring seamless service delivery by converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and team goals.

You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, monitoring performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates. The role involves leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and robust internal control frameworks.

Furthermore, you will champion transformation and operational excellence by driving simplification, standardization, and automation. Building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology, and external parties, is crucial. You will also act as a change leader, facilitating governance reviews, resolving escalations, and leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
