We are structured across Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting, and People Advisory Services. Business Consulting helps clients reimagine their purpose and business models, drive growth, manage costs, respond to market pressures, and resolve operational challenges. This includes expertise in innovation, strategy, business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations, supporting complex program and portfolio management.

You will be responsible for converting business priorities into clear operating plans, capacity requirements, service objectives, and team goals. Own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement action plans, providing transparent updates to leadership.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, delegation of authority, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks. Maintain robust process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories. Identify financial and operational risks early, implement preventive and corrective actions, and support audits.

Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements across your portfolio. Use data and process insights to identify recurring issues and remove non-value-added activities. Partner with technology, process owners, and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Embed scalable ways of working and share best practices.

Build trusted relationships with various stakeholders including business finance, operations, procurement, sales, tax, legal, technology, banks, vendors, customers, and auditors. Facilitate governance reviews, resolve escalations, communicate trade-offs clearly, and ensure ownership of agreed actions. Act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear accountability and performance expectations. Plan staffing, hiring, onboarding, succession, and capability development in line with business needs. Create an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment that supports engagement, retention, and internal mobility.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting or a related field. You should have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
