As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and service delivery. You will ensure end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes, monitoring performance through KPIs and providing transparent updates. Responsibilities include leading finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), ensuring adherence to controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks. You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, partnering with technology teams for system implementations and continuous improvement. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and acting as a change leader during transformations are key.

Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and learning-oriented environment. This involves planning staffing, hiring, onboarding, and capability development to meet current and future business needs. You will be responsible for embedding scalable ways of working and sharing best practices across teams and locations.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation/Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and practical solutions, is essential.
