Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into clear operating plans, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, overseeing related operations and ensuring compliance.

Additionally, you will manage controls, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards. Driving transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation is crucial. You will also manage stakeholders effectively, build trusted relationships, and act as a change leader during organizational and technology transformations. People leadership involves coaching and developing a high-performing team, planning for talent needs, and fostering an inclusive environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field, coupled with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
