Translate business objectives into actionable operating plans, defining service levels and team goals. Own the complete delivery cycle for assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring high quality and timeliness. Monitor performance using key metrics, conduct root-cause analysis, and report transparently to leadership.

Lead specific finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Ensure all processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain comprehensive process documentation and control evidence.

Drive operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation. Partner with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating governance and resolving escalations. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, promoting an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

A strong foundation in Accounting or related fields through a Graduation or Post Graduation degree is essential.
