This role is within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, addressing industry convergence challenges and opportunities. Key responsibilities include achieving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery by converting priorities into operational plans and team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitoring performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates to leadership are crucial.
You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A, overseeing specific functions like close, accounts payable, billing, cash application, or financial planning. Ensuring processes align with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation, is essential. Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks, supporting audits, and promoting a strong controls culture are also key.
Drive transformation by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes to improve productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effectively manage stakeholders, build trusted relationships, resolve escalations, and act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and learning-oriented team environment.
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related domain. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required. We are seeking individuals with the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal stipulations. A practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful solutions is essential.
