This role is for a Project Consultant within our Business Consulting practice, specializing in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), with a focus on CNS - Business Consulting - Finance.

This role involves driving technical excellence in finance consulting and business transformation. You will be responsible for converting business priorities into clear operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A) with a focus on service levels, quality, and timeliness. Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance through KPIs, leading finance domains, ensuring controls and compliance, driving simplification and automation, and managing stakeholder relationships. You will also act as a change leader and people leader, developing high-performing, inclusive teams.

We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Accounting or related fields, holding a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree. The ideal candidate possesses a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and practical solutions in a collaborative environment. Agility, curiosity, and a creative mindset are essential. You should be adept at navigating commercial and legal requirements while working across multiple client departments. Experience in areas such as Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, Supply Chain, Operations, and Process Improvement is highly valued.
