We are seeking a Project Consultant to join our Business Consulting team in Gurgaon, specializing in TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) and Finance Consulting.

Specifically, the Finance Consulting sub-service line helps clients assess and transform their finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness. We assist in implementing service and cost improvement initiatives, embedding a performance management process and culture that aligns the business with its core objectives. Business Transformation focuses on architecture, design, and execution of large-scale, multi-year programs. Supply Chain and Operations provides industry-specific insights, digital advancements, and strategic partnerships to enhance operational performance, sales growth, cost competitiveness, risk minimization, and resilience.

As a Project Consultant, you will provide technical excellence in finance transformation initiatives. This includes redesigning processes, improving operating models, and optimizing finance functions. You will support Global Capability Centre (GCC) setups and operations, defining scope, migrating processes, and establishing governance frameworks. Utilizing structured consulting methodologies, you will analyze financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive measurable performance improvements. Responsibilities also involve developing financial models, business cases, and benchmarking analyses to support strategic transformation decisions. A key aspect of the role is translating complex financial data and process insights into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps for stakeholders.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have at least 4 years of experience in Product Management. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
