As a Project Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model enhancements, and finance function optimization. You will support Global Capability Centre (GCC) setups and operations, manage scope definition, process migration, and establish governance frameworks. Utilizing structured consulting methodologies, you'll analyze financial processes to identify inefficiencies and drive measurable performance improvements. Developing financial models, business cases, and conducting benchmarking analyses will be key to supporting transformation decisions. Translating complex financial data into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps for stakeholders is also a core responsibility.
