Our Finance Consulting experts enhance financial function performance and effectiveness, while Business Transformation teams lead large-scale, multi-year transformation programs. The Supply Chain and Operations group delivers strategic insights and operational improvements to enhance performance, reduce costs, and ensure resilience.

Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model enhancements, and finance function optimization.

Provide expertise in setting up and operating Global Capability Centers (GCCs), managing scope definition, process migration, and governance.

Apply structured consulting methodologies to analyze financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement performance improvements.

Develop financial models, business cases, and benchmarking analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Translate complex financial data and process insights into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps for stakeholders.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management.

Proven ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
