This role is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting PI unit, focusing on CNS - BC - FINANCE. We empower TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence, drive agile strategies, and transform their businesses through people, technology, and innovation. Our client-centric approach delivers long-term value by solving complex strategic challenges.

Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, operating model enhancements, and finance function optimization. Support Global Capability Centre (GCC) setups and operations, managing scope definition, process migration, and governance. Apply structured consulting methodologies to analyze financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement measurable performance improvements. Develop financial models, business cases, and benchmarking analyses to inform strategic decisions. Translate complex financial data and process insights into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps for stakeholders.

We seek individuals with demonstrated expertise in finance transformation and a proven track record in supporting GCC operations. A practical, agile, and creative approach to problem-solving is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. An MBA is required, alongside a minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management. Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver insightful solutions are crucial for success in this role.
