We also support clients in transforming their businesses through EY Consulting's Business Consulting arm. This includes driving long-term value, solving strategic problems, and reimagining business models through innovation, strategy, and deep functional expertise in areas like Finance Consulting and Business Transformation.

Execute daily Procure to Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, and vendor query resolution. Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching, validate transaction details, and conduct AP account reconciliations. Process vendor payment runs according to schedules and internal controls, and investigate supplier queries. Reconcile travel and expense claims, resolve discrepancies, and monitor aging documents for timely completion. Generate remittance advice, maintain accurate records, and assist with month-end closing procedures. Conduct vendor statement reconciliations, identify root causes of variances, and prepare AP Trial Balance. Adhere to document retention policies and achieve daily/monthly performance targets.

We seek a B.Com or BBA graduate with 1-2 years of PTP experience. Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Exhibit a flexible attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel. A Master of Commerce or relevant experience in Financial Analysis (3+ years) is advantageous. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, approach problems practically, and deliver insightful solutions is essential.
