Within our Business Consulting arm, we work with clients to redefine their business purpose and models, drive growth, optimize costs, adapt to market pressures, and resolve operational issues. This includes deep expertise in finance, business transformation, and supply chain and operations.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in handling day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities. This includes accurate invoice and payment processing, resolving vendor queries, performing reconciliations, managing travel and expense claims, and ensuring adherence to policies and controls.

You will also be responsible for processing purchase orders, validating transaction details, working on rejected invoices, investigating supplier inquiries, and monitoring aging documents to meet turnaround times. Reporting on daily completion and assisting with month-end closing are also key duties.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and 1-2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP).

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with proficient written and verbal communication skills, are essential. A flexible attitude and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
