Key responsibilities include accurately processing purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, performing invoice reconciliations, and managing vendor payments according to schedules and internal controls. You will also be responsible for resolving supplier queries, processing and reconciling travel and expense claims, and preparing daily and monthly reports. Assisting with month-end closing activities and performing vendor statement reconciliations are also integral parts of this role.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with 1-2 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel are required. A flexible attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to achieve results collaboratively are also key attributes.
