Within Business Consulting, we specialize in reimagining business models, driving growth, optimizing costs, and resolving operational issues. Our Finance Consulting team enhances finance function performance, implements service and cost improvements, and cultivates a performance management culture. We also support large-scale transformation programs through Business Transformation and drive operational resilience and cost competitiveness via Supply Chain and Operations expertise.

Execute daily Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, and timely vendor query resolution. Conduct two-way and three-way invoice matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, ensuring transaction accuracy and completing necessary reconciliations.

Process vendor payment runs in accordance with schedules and controls, and investigate and resolve supplier payment discrepancies. Manage and reconcile travel and expense claims, addressing any variances. Monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times (TAT) and perform daily/monthly target reviews.

Assist with month-end closing procedures, generate remittance advice for vendors, and maintain organized records as per retention policies. Perform vendor statement reconciliations, identify root causes of variances, and prepare AP Trial Balance reports.

A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. Proficiency in end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor management, is essential.

Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are crucial. A flexible attitude towards achieving results, outstanding interpersonal skills, and demonstrated experience with ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools are necessary for success in this role. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) and 3+ years of Financial Analysis experience are also considered valuable.
