As an Analyst in Procure-to-Pay (PTP), you will manage daily PTP operations, including accurate invoice and payment processing, and resolving vendor inquiries. This role is critical for ensuring timely and precise PTP operations through discrepancy resolution, month-end support, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices and credit notes, performing three-way matching, handling rejected invoices, and executing vendor payment runs. You will also investigate and resolve supplier queries, process and reconcile travel and expense claims, and monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for daily and month-end reporting, assisting with month-end closing activities, and achieving daily and monthly targets. Vendor statement reconciliations, investigating variances, and generating remittance advice are also essential duties. Maintaining and archiving invoices according to document retention policies is a crucial part of the role.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required, with 1-2 years of dedicated experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. Proficiency in ERP platforms, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting skills are necessary.
