- Process purchase orders, non-purchase order invoices, and credit notes accurately and on time, including general ledger account and cost center assignment. - Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, validating transaction details and completing necessary reconciliations. - Resolve issues with rejected invoices from approvers and investigate supplier queries, providing effective solutions. - Execute vendor payment runs according to payment schedules, approval requirements, and internal controls. - Process and reconcile travel and expense claims, addressing any discrepancies. - Monitor aging documents and take appropriate action to meet turnaround times. - Generate end-of-day reports on recording and invoice completion, and assist with month-end closing activities. - Review and achieve daily and monthly targets, ensuring operational efficiency.

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with 1-2 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. - Solid understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. - Proven problem-solving abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in ERP platforms, coupled with advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities. - A flexible attitude to achieve results and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
