Our Business Consulting practice transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation. We address clients' most strategic challenges, delivering long-term value. This includes supporting finance transformation, business design, operational improvements, and large-scale program management, all aimed at enhancing performance and achieving core business objectives.

Manage day-to-day Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing, and timely resolution of vendor queries. Ensure proper vendor statement reconciliations and AP account reconciliations, identifying and addressing discrepancies.

Process purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices, credit notes, and other transactions, ensuring correct GL account and cost-centre assignments. Perform three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts to validate transaction details.

Process vendor payment runs in compliance with payment schedules and internal controls. Investigate and resolve supplier queries, monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times (TAT), and generate remittance advices for vendors.

Assist in month-end closing activities and review daily/monthly targets to ensure efficiency. Maintain accurate records and archive invoices and supporting documents according to retention policies. Support discrepancy resolution for travel and expense claims.

A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required, complemented by 1-2 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) is also a relevant qualification.

Possess a thorough understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, encompassing invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are essential.

Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards achieving objectives and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary for effective reporting and analysis. Experience in Financial Analysis for 3+ years is also valued.
