This role is part of the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications) Business Consulting PI-CNS team, focusing on Finance. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, transform their businesses, and achieve operational excellence. Our client-centric approach drives long-term value by solving strategic problems through people, technology, and innovation.

Specifically within Finance Consulting, we assess and transform finance functions for improved performance and effectiveness. We also engage in Business Transformation and Supply Chain & Operations consulting, supporting large-scale programs and delivering fundamental operational changes to enhance client performance and resilience.

Execute day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities, including accurate invoice and payment processing within agreed timelines. Resolve internal requests and perform invoice matching against purchase orders and goods receipts.

Address rejected invoices and process vendor payment runs according to schedules and controls. Investigate and resolve supplier queries, along with processing and reconciling travel and expense claims.

Monitor aging documents to meet Turn Around Time (TAT) targets and prepare daily/monthly reports on recording and invoice completion. Assist with month-end closing activities and review daily/monthly targets.

Perform vendor statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and identify root causes. Prepare AP Trial Balance reconciliations and generate remittance advice for vendors. Maintain and archive invoices and supporting documents per retention policies.

We are seeking a Project Consultant with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, coupled with 1-2 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.

Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP processes, encompassing invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. You should be a skilled problem solver with effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Key attributes for this role include a flexible attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are also required. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis are advantageous.
