As a Project Consultant, you will handle day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities, including meticulous invoice and payment processing, resolving vendor queries, and conducting account reconciliations. You will also be responsible for processing travel and expense claims, managing discrepancies, and ensuring timely month-end closing activities. Key duties involve accurate invoice matching, processing vendor payments according to schedules, investigating supplier issues, and maintaining accurate financial records in compliance with policies.

To be successful in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is essential, coupled with 1-2 years of direct experience in PTP processes. Proficiency in end-to-end PTP functions, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management, is crucial. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible, results-oriented attitude. Interpersonal skills and expertise in ERP platforms, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities, are required.
