This role involves performing day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) activities. Key responsibilities include accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, and other transactions within set timelines. You will conduct two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, validate transaction details, and perform necessary reconciliations.

Resolving internal requests, working on rejected invoices, and processing vendor payment runs according to schedules and controls are also crucial. You will investigate and resolve supplier queries, and process/reconcile travel and expense claims. Monitoring aging documents to meet turnaround times (TAT) and assisting in month-end closing activities are expected.

Vendor statement reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and identifying root causes are important tasks. The role also includes preparing AP Trial Balance, generating remittance advice, and maintaining/archiving invoices as per retention policies. Daily and monthly targets need to be reviewed and achieved, along with end-of-day reporting on recording and invoice completion.

To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) is also considered. The role requires 1-2 years of experience specifically in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.

Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of end-to-end PTP processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential. A flexible attitude to achieve results and strong interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Proficiency in ERP platforms, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and reporting capabilities, is required. While not mandatory, experience in Financial Analysis (3+ years) is considered a valuable attribute.
