As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in processing daily Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities. This includes accurate invoice and payment processing, resolving vendor queries, performing reconciliations, and processing travel and expense claims.

You will manage discrepancy resolution, support month-end activities, and maintain precise records, all while adhering to strict timelines, policies, and internal controls to guarantee efficient PTP operations. Key tasks involve processing various invoice types, conducting two-way and three-way matching, working on rejected invoices, and processing vendor payment runs according to schedules and controls. You will also handle vendor statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and generate remittance advice.

We are seeking a B.Com or BBA graduate with 1-2 years of dedicated experience in Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes. Essential knowledge includes end-to-end PTP operations, such as invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate is a proficient problem-solver with strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating flexibility and excellent interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel is required for this role. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree is also considered, alongside a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
