As a Project Consultant within our Business Consulting practice, you will engage with TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) organizations navigating industry convergence. Your role will contribute to enhancing client experiences, achieving operational excellence, and supporting strategic M&A initiatives.

Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines and internal controls. Resolve vendor queries and discrepancies, performing necessary reconciliations for AP accounts and vendor statements. Process travel and expense claims, identifying and resolving any related issues. Monitor aging documents to ensure timely resolution and meet defined service level agreements. Generate end-of-day reports, assist with month-end closing activities, and review daily/monthly targets. Maintain accurate records and support vendor statement reconciliations, investigating variances and identifying root causes. Prepare AP Trial Balance, conduct reconciliations, and generate remittance advice for vendors. Archive invoices and supporting documents according to established retention policies.

A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required, with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) also considered.

We seek candidates with 1-2 years of experience specifically in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.

Possess a strong understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills. Exhibit a flexible attitude to achieve business objectives and strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work. Proficiency in ERP platforms is essential, alongside advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
