Join our team as an AR Billing and Cash Analyst, a vital finance role focused on the complete billing process, cash application, and accounts receivable management within the Order to Cash cycle. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong grasp of billing systems, cash collection strategies, and customer account reconciliation. The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact financial operations by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing and cash handling. You will be instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships through effective query resolution and contribute to the smooth month-end closing process.

Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring invoices are accurate and delivered on time. Perform detailed cash reconciliations, tracking receipts and payments to identify and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with the Order to Cash team to enhance billing and cash application workflows. Monitor customer accounts for payment irregularities and promptly address any issues.

Maintain precise billing system and customer records with up-to-date contract information. Generate and dispatch invoices, diligently follow up on payments, and allocate them appropriately. Execute billing, collection, and reporting tasks in accordance with strict deadlines. Process necessary adjustments, refunds, bill transfers, cancellations, and credit memos. Engage with clients to resolve billing inquiries and disputes, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Provide essential reports and support for the month-end closing procedures.

A strong understanding of billing and cash reconciliation procedures is essential. Proficiency in data entry and management, characterized by exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, is required. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines are crucial. Good analytical capabilities to manage complex information are expected.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new systems, is necessary. A solid understanding of O2C processes and their financial implications is beneficial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to work independently are key. Experience in roles demanding strict confidentiality and data protection adherence is important. The ability to collaborate effectively within a team and provide support during busy periods is also valued. Experience with SAP, Oracle, High Radius, MS Excel, MS Teams, Blackline, and Power BI is required.
