This role is for a Project Consultant within the Government and Public Sector (GPS) arm, focusing on Business Consulting and Transformation Delivery in New Delhi. The GPS team leverages international expertise and local knowledge to tackle critical challenges faced by governments. We specialize in developing solutions that help public sector entities navigate future challenges and reinvent their operations.

As a Project Consultant in Transformation Delivery, you will leverage your expertise in the MSME ecosystem, including policy, sector challenges, and growth enablers. You will contribute to government consulting engagements focused on public sector transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting strategy development, conducting diagnostics, and designing programs for government projects centered on MSMEs. You will be adept at research, data analysis, and translating findings into actionable consulting outputs. The role requires preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for government and consulting stakeholders, ensuring technical excellence in all deliverables.

We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of the MSME ecosystem, policy landscape, sector challenges, and growth enablers. Proven experience in government consulting, with exposure to public sector transformation initiatives, is essential.

Essential qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), coupled with experience in business consulting. Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
