Our Business Consulting arm addresses strategic problems, including reimagining business models, driving growth, managing costs, responding to market pressures, and resolving operational challenges. We specialize in areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations, supporting complex, large-scale programs.

Provide strong grounding in public policy, development practice, or management to support DMF/PMKKKY program implementation in government settings. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and compliance frameworks for district-level planning, monitoring, and fund utilization.

Assist in need assessments, participatory planning, and identification of mining-affected areas and communities using structured analytical approaches. Develop Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), estimates, standard designs, and documentation compliant with applicable government codes, GFR, and PMKKKY requirements.

Compile, analyze, and maintain program data. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, briefs, and presentations for stakeholders.

We are seeking a Project Consultant with a Master's degree in Development or Social Work and over 5 years of experience as a Social Development Specialist. The ideal candidate possesses a practical approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions, demonstrating agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and creativity.

Essential qualifications include the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
