This role is part of our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team, which leverages international expertise and local insights to address critical challenges faced by governments. We focus on developing solutions that prepare public sector entities for future challenges and drive innovation in public services.

As a Project Consultant, you will contribute to significant government consulting engagements, focusing on public sector transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include supporting strategy formulation, conducting diagnostics, and designing programs for MSME-focused government projects. You will analyze data, conduct research, and translate findings into actionable consulting outputs, preparing high-quality presentations and reports for government stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of the MSME ecosystem, including policies, sector challenges, and growth factors. Proven experience in government consulting, particularly with public sector transformation, is essential. The ideal candidate will be skilled in research, data analysis, and crafting impactful consulting deliverables. A practical, collaborative, and adaptable approach to problem-solving is key. Qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
