As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to client engagements within the People Consulting domain. This includes supporting transformations by leveraging capabilities in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

You will be involved in enhancing the client's workforce experience, including new ways of working and digital adoption. Additionally, you will contribute to aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy and re-imagining HR functions through technology and policy transformation.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce degree is required, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) functions. A strong foundation in Financial Analysis, with at least 3 years of experience, is essential.
