As a Project Analyst within the National PAS WKFA CNS PC TALENT team, you will be instrumental in driving key initiatives.

Key areas of engagement include: - Leading Organization and Workforce Transformation efforts by integrating business and workforce strategies. - Managing Change Experience & Learning initiatives to define new ways of working and accelerate adoption. - Aligning Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies. - Spearheading HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives to digitize and optimize the HR function.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A Bachelor of Commerce degree. A minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Financial Analysis.
