This Project Analyst role is within our National PAS WKFA CNS PC TALENT team in Bangalore.

As a Project Analyst within our People Consulting practice, you will help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals. This involves placing the human element at the center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change. Key areas include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies using capabilities like scenario modeling and org design. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences and driving adoption through digital change insights. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy and customer needs. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, cloud technology, and employee policies.

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations.

Technical Excellence: - Strong knowledge of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, separation). - Proficiency in consulting methodologies such as process mapping, gap analysis, and state assessments. - Ability to analyze HR data for inefficiencies and recommend improvements. - Skilled in documenting process flows, controls, and business requirements. - Experience structuring analytical work using consulting frameworks.
