This role is part of the National PAS WKFA CNS PC TALENT team in Bangalore, focusing on People Consulting. We help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing Humans@Center of transformation. Our approach enables organizations to reimagine their future workforce, ensuring the right talent with the right skills are in the right roles at the optimal cost.

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive excellence. You'll gain strong working knowledge of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and separation. You will apply general consulting methodologies like process mapping, gap analysis, and assessments to understand current and future states. Your ability to analyze HR and workforce data will identify inefficiencies and propose measurable improvements. You will be responsible for documenting process flows, controls, and business requirements to support process optimization and system implementations, structuring analytical work with consulting frameworks to deliver accurate project deliverables.

To excel in this position, you need a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and at least 4 years of experience in HR Operations. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, coupled with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
