As a Project Analyst, you will apply your technical expertise to understand end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and separation. You'll utilize consulting methodologies like process mapping and gap analysis to assess current and future states, analyzing HR and workforce data to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements. Documenting process flows, controls, and business requirements will be crucial for process optimization and system implementation support, ensuring accurate and well-organized project deliverables.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Business Administration is required, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of H2R processes and consulting methodologies. You should be adept at data analysis for process improvement and skilled in documenting complex requirements.
