This role as a Project Analyst is part of our National PAS WKFA team, specializing in CNS - PC - TALENT, based in Bangalore.

You will leverage your expertise in end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and separation. Applying general consulting methodologies like process mapping, gap analysis, and assessments, you'll analyze HR and workforce data to identify and recommend improvements. Your role will involve documenting process flows, controls, and business requirements to support process optimization and system implementations, all while structuring analytical work using consulting frameworks for accurate project deliverables.

A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations.
