Embark on a challenging role as a Project Analyst within our National Forensics team, specializing in Investigations & Compliance. This position is based in Noida and is part of the Assurance Services Unit (ASU).

ASU Forensics is dedicated to safeguarding and restoring enterprise and financial reputations. We partner with organizations and their legal counsel to navigate complex disputes, regulatory challenges, and investigations. Our mission is to embed integrity into compliance programs, mitigating ethical and reputational risks effectively. We offer comprehensive solutions, from enhancing controls and data insights to full organizational design and implementation, building trust in capital markets globally.

Key responsibilities include meticulously reviewing documents, emails, and datasets for data breach investigations. You will be tasked with identifying and classifying sensitive information such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), and financial data. Ensuring accuracy and consistency through rigorous quality control and assurance checks is paramount. Validating review decisions against established protocols and client guidelines, and escalating complex findings or exceptions to project leads will be essential. Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to data security requirements, while meeting productivity and turnaround expectations, are core to this role.

To excel in this role, a Law degree (LLB) is a prerequisite. While prior experience in Data Breach and Managed Document Review is highly desirable, we seek individuals with a strong aptitude for collaborative work, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
