This role within EY's National Forensics Discovery team in Noida focuses on protecting and restoring organizational reputation. We assist companies and legal counsel in investigating facts, resolving disputes, and navigating regulatory challenges by embedding integrity into compliance programs and managing ethical and reputational risks. Our integrated approach enhances governance, controls, and data insights, helping clients safeguard their financial and brand reputations.

Key responsibilities include meticulous review of documents, emails, and datasets for data breach investigations. You will identify and classify sensitive information such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). Ensuring accuracy and consistency, you will conduct quality control checks and validate review decisions against project protocols and client guidelines. Escalating complex findings and maintaining strict confidentiality and data security compliance are paramount. Meeting defined productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations is essential.

To excel in this role, a strong foundational legal education such as an LL.B. is required. While specific years of experience are not stipulated, experience in Document Review (MDR) and Data Breach (DBR) is beneficial.
