This role is for a Project Analyst within the National Forensics Discovery team, based in Noida. The National division comprises sector-agnostic teams working across various industries, providing a well-rounded experience. The Forensics & Integrity Services team helps organizations protect and restore their reputation by assisting companies and legal counsel in investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges. We integrate governance, controls, culture, and data insights to safeguard financial and brand reputations, building trust in capital markets worldwide.

Key responsibilities include meticulously reviewing documents, emails, and datasets for data breach projects. You will be identifying and classifying Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), financial data, and other sensitive information. Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reviews through quality control and assurance checks is vital. You will validate review decisions against established project protocols and client guidelines, escalating any exceptions, inconsistencies, or complex findings to project leads. Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to data security requirements are paramount. Meeting defined productivity, quality, and turnaround expectations is also essential.

The role requires a legal qualification such as an LL.B. Experience in Document Review (MDR) and Data Breach Review (DBR) is necessary.
