Investigate and resolve support issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders and Controls Engineering teams. Act as a primary escalation point for Controls Engineering support.

Drive the resolution of client issues in close partnership with the engineering team. Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and leverage AI tooling.

Manage incidents, conduct post-mortems, and ensure Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are met, keeping clients informed and satisfied. Create comprehensive documentation and code snippets for internal and external sharing.

Proficiency in coding and debugging using Java or Python is essential. Experience with Kubernetes and front-end development tools like REACT is advantageous.

Demonstrated experience in a support role, including incident management, and a willingness to work shifts that may include bank holidays.

Excellent communication skills are required to present effectively to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Ability to execute support tasks while also building out functional capabilities and automating repetitive issues.

Solid understanding of SDLC, CVS, SVN, GIT, Maven, GITLAB, Docker, and Jenkins. Experience with LINUX system platforms is necessary. Knowledge of configuration management tools like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible is beneficial.
