As a Level 3 Engineering Support specialist in Controls Engineering, you will investigate and resolve complex support issues, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders. You will act as a point of escalation, work closely with engineering to address client concerns, and identify opportunities for process automation using AI tooling.

Key duties include managing incidents and post-mortems, ensuring Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are met, and maintaining client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation and code snippets for knowledge sharing among clients and internal engineering teams.

Ideal candidates will possess 6-8 years of experience in a support role, with strong proficiency in Java or Python for coding and debugging. Experience with Kubernetes and front-end development tools like REACT is advantageous.

You must have proven experience in incident management and be comfortable working in a role that requires shifts, including bank holidays. Excellent communication skills are essential, enabling confident interaction with clients and stakeholders. A good understanding of SDLC, various version control systems (CVS, SVN, GIT, GITLAB), build tools (Maven), and deployment technologies (Docker, Jenkins) is required, alongside experience with Linux systems.
