As a Java Programmer, you will be instrumental in providing Level 3 production support, involving deep analysis, debugging, and code-level issue resolution. You will conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement permanent fixes and manage the incident lifecycle, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Responsibilities also include supporting Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) operations, troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, and creating/maintaining automation solutions across Linux environments. Additionally, you will contribute to performance tuning, system optimization, and database management.

Candidates should possess 6-8 years of experience in a support role, with strong coding and debugging proficiency in Java or Python. Experience with Kubernetes and front-end development tools like React is advantageous. A clear, empathetic communication style is essential for interacting with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with SDLC, version control systems (CVS, SVN, GIT, GitLab), build tools (Maven, Jenkins), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD platforms is required. Experience with Linux systems, automation scripting (Shell, Python, Java, Perl), and monitoring tools (Splunk) is also crucial.
