Key responsibilities include providing L3 support for mainframe applications, troubleshooting batch and online issues, and debugging COBOL source code. You will work with technologies such as JCL, CICS, VSAM, IBM MQ, DB2, and SQL. The role also involves supporting clearing business functions, CCP connectivity, and client reporting.

Further duties include analyzing issues, developing solutions, and collaborating with development teams. You will also assist users across various departments, providing clear communication and prompt resolutions. Experience with AI models in support functions and mid- to advanced AWS Cloud services (EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, S3, RDS, DynamoDB/MongoDB) is preferred.

Candidates must possess 7-12 years of experience in application development, with strong L3 or L2+ mainframe support skills. Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, IBM MQ, DB2, and SQL is essential.

Essential qualifications include proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, strong technical expertise in mainframe environments, and experience working with the SDLC on mainframe. Excellent communication, customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are also required.
